A total of 210 residents of Srengseng Sawah Urban Village, Jagakarsa Sub-district, South Jakarta, took advantage of the door-to-door civil registration (Adminduk) service at RPTRA Shibi.

South Jakarta Population and Civil Administration (Dukcapil)'s Population Registration Service Section Head, Salimin, said the door-to-door service was aimed at making it easier for residents, especially those with limited mobility, to process their civil documents.

Salimin detailed that 22 residents printed family cards (KK), 25 printed KTP, 59 printed birth certificates, 4 printed KIA, 5 recorded for e-KTP registration, and 95 activated their IKD.
Through this routine service, he hopes residents could be active in updated their population data and possess complete and valid civil documents.
"In Srengseng Sawah, this has been the most widely used service by residents in July 2025. We hope to see similar enthusiasm in other areas," he expressed.
Meanwhile, a Srengseng Sawah resident, Efendi, appreciated the door-to-door service for being effective and making civil registration more accessible.
